Mr Narsimhachary has studied only upto Intermediate. He was feeling bad when a fused tubelight was thrown away. He hs developed a device to extend life of these tube lights without using a choke. Already the Nizamabad municipality is using such fuse lights with his idea. Now he is trying to expand this.
